To add the room calendars so you can check room availability, take the following steps:
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click Add Subscribe to calendar.
- In the “Add calendar” box, enter the Calendar ID.
- Press Enter.
- Repeat for each Calendar
